started working out for rugby really enjoyed gym exercising, mite even start watching my diet and taking body building seriously once I have finished playing rugby.

Im sitting around 83.3kg currently, after coming off a cut 5 weeks ago. See the latest health2000 magazine, if you want to take a look at how i went with that. Xtend works well during training and post-wo to lower cortisol, increase testosterone and increase protein synthesis.

It's going great man. Just making steady gains. I've added 6lbs in the last 2 weeks, 3lbs naturally per week is the most you can gain. So im pretty happy with how its going. How's work in CHCH?

I have cut quite a lot recently and i must say this has affected both size and mainly strength! was quite frustrating, and i'm trying to get the strength back up, but it's hard!
true, hows that working out for you. did that for a while but got real tired frmo it gets pretty stressful ay, still doing it but dropped bak the volume heaps
bench is around 140 for single 120 for 6. proper reps. still trying to get it stronger taking a while. whats your strength at the moment ?
dont have a diet man, just try get in at least 30g protein with each meal and a ****load of carbs. supplements... creatine i guess but its more about the food. just did that 5x5 for a while got squat up to 190kg but now just dropped weight down and doing higher rep stuff for a bit
