It changes depending on what I hav scheduled for that work out, I base it on percentages of max heart rate testing.

At the moment, no special diet really besides lots of protein, that never changes. I've done carb cycling 1g carbs for 3 days, 2g on the 4th. Nothing is set in stone. I was just cutting for 9-10 weeks and decided I'd lost too much strength/muscle so I'm doing a clean mini-bulk, for about a month just to reset things before cutting again.
