Too much weight! People will lift really heavy with out proper training.

Ok, so I gained more muscle then I wanted to in my legs...

I must try harder to gain more in my upper body.. my contest's are getting closer and soon I will be in the diet part of this..and it will be harder to gain muscle when my calories are lower..

My workouts are going much better!!...

I dropped 20lbs with a change up of diet and training last few months. Then my suplements guru turned me on to T7 and anabolic pump by USPlabs. Its only the second week so we'll see? You taking anything?
