I have been in athletics for as long as I remember through organized sports such as basketball, softball, baseball, volleyball, and track & field.
Why I Love It:
I have been on a workout roller coaster lately, but when I am on it, it give me a lot more confidence and just makes me feel better all around. I think clearer, have more confidence in my appearance, and I feel healthier.
How I Stay Motivated:
Honestly, not being able to fit something old keeps me motivated. I have a problem buying new clothes because I have gained weight. I loss the weight, get back into my old clothes and THEN buy new clothes.
