How I Started:
I was tired of all the weight that i had put on. Justcouldnt handle how much i had let myself go. I am singer, and was hard to carry all that weight.
Why I Love It:
Feeling much better now and still progressing.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just goto gym. love sseing the improvement even if so slightly.
