How I Started:
A year ago i made the best decision of my life: QUIT smoking! I had taken up the habit 7 years ago and after many failed attemps i finally did it!!! 1 year on january 21st. It has been a very long and difficult year as i suffured many panic attacks along the way and also had a major weight gain of 18kilos. This year, i am taking on my next challenge on the road to wellness and that is TRANSFORM my BODY!!!!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of becoming stronger and just to lift thoses weights!!!

Good Saturday Jossy, just thinking about you hope all is well..My new Chalene Extreme Dvd's have just arrived I'm so excited. Although, I had to buy 15/20 Lbs weights!!! (YIKES) Chalene beleives in lifting heavy this is so out of my comfort zone...15Lbs isn't so bad with certain exercise however will see...Again, just thinking abou you!!!
Thing are going well..My only focus at this moment is cardio, clean eating, and weights. That's all I see at the moment!! Big congrats on your weight loss regardless how big or small weight loss is weight loss...Lol
