How I Started:
I started working out because I realized that I was gaining too much weight and I needed to make a lifestyle change or I would become severely obese and unhealthy and also unable to play with my kids.
Why I Love It:
The thing that I love most about working out is the feeling I get as I am doing the exercises, the burning sensation of muscles being pushed harder than they are used to
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror everyday and tell myself that I don't want to look like this anymore

i see you are still training. way to go! yeah, kids can take alot of time and focus, but they sure are fun! when they get older will be the real challenge! i can hardly wait, i have two daughters, a 6 1/2 year old and my oldest will be 8 next month! me living with 3 females, oh the fun it will be when they are teenagers! stay strong man!

thanks for the vote of confidence! it is sometimes difficult to stay motivated, but with the support of people like yourself, it becomes easier. its like i have people watching me, and i dont want to fail in front of everyone! you will reach your goals, because i will keep tabs on you, and try to help keep you motivated! good luck!

Hey buddy! Welcome to the site! Trish is right, this place is great starting point for motivation and information. I like to keep an eye on guys like you as we have similar goals. There are plenty of heavy-duty bodybuilders on this site trying to gain weight, but only a few guys like us! Good Luck, and stick with it!
