I joined the AF after a few years of college and I figured I'd better be in damn good shape before I join so I started to lift everyday and run alot to get my 1.5 mile time down to 10 Mins.
Why I Love It:
It just makes you feel better as a person. I can have a horrible day at work goto the gym and just not think about anything else but lifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
I see results and it makes me want even better results.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm not really into bodybuilding but I just want to stay fit for life.
