JoshBme Workouts should not be any longer than 2 hours. Good movements for size are your squats, deadlifts, bench. And supplements are good in some cases. Whey protein and multivitmain is a good start. Mar 29, 2011 12:26pm

guru7777 I would say the best way to go is start with 10 reps and then work your way down to a weight that you can only and barely get 6 have a spotter on exercise like bench press where you can get stuck. Also add in the push press standing and barbell row,pullups,and the clean and press and weighted dips. These should be the cornerstone of your workouts. Jun 19, 2010 7:55pm

guru7777 My suggestion would be to take the creatine and no together in a pre workout supplement like no explode but I have others I can recommend if you want. I really like the levrone formula. You want the no and pump when you are cranking out the sets brother. Jun 16, 2010 4:09am

dublinhockey33 NO2 promotes intense energy & bigger pumps. I didn't really notice many improvements, only a small amount of energy... I never used creatine, I used Kre- Alkalyn. I highly suggest using Kre-Alkalyn products. It has given me insane amounts of energy, increased how much I bench, and gave me more definition. I use Pump Fuel, which is a special product that they only sell at certain GNCs across the US. But I suggest M5 and Jack3d together! Apr 28, 2010 9:44pm
