How I Started:
To be honest it is kind of in my blood. My dad is a body builder and i guess it has just transferred into me. I have always been surrounded by it but never got into it until now. So i guess i never had a choice.
Why I Love It:
Well im a Athletic guy with not alot of size and then theres my Dad who is huge with plenty of muscles and i want to be like him. I love the idea of sculpting my body, adding a little bit here a little bit there and seeing the growth. The Change in shape and the burn and rush of the pump.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have been setting myself goal wieghts to reach, and setting slow increases in the weight i lift. Each time i reach them it inspires me to go further. And if i ever feel down i just pulled out one of my bodybuilding mags.

My Goal is to achieve 16Kgs of Lean Muscle. At the moment i weigh in at 69Kgs and my goal is to weigh 85Kgs (lean muscle). I struggle to put weight on because of my metabolism but with some work anything is possible.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
I find that simple dumbell curls work well for me but if i really want to feel the burn ill use my bench press bar with both hands.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
I dont know the name of the exercise but i lay on my bench with the ezy close to my forehead then raise it up and down.

What calf workout has worked best for you?
Simple calf raises up and down. Ill put some weight on my ezy bar and rest it on my shoulders then do about 3 sets of 25 reps.

Workout Program:
At the moment im am lifting very light weight at around 10 reps per set. I am just trying to get my muscles used to actually training as i have never done this before. I dont want to end up all tight and not be able to train the next day. Just taking it slow so i can grow.
