Goal (Long):
I have always been in pretty good shape but never satisfied...I want to strike a balance between bodily perfection and a positive emotional state (this is very difficult for me)...it has become even harder as I have started to have breathing/energy/mood troubles since March of 2006...but my goal is to end up at somewhere around 175 and 6 percent bf with a smile on my face

I want to GAIN 5 lb

That sounds a lot like what I'm doing, or planning on doing really. I'm doing the meat right now on most days and then planning a fruit day maybe 2x weekly. Then in the future if I feel like it's the right time, I can maybe go to a third day and a fourth and so on...All well?
lifting wise things are good . I am on cell-u-cors stack for cutting and doing ok man 5 days in the gym with weights and cardio two off. its a struggle sometimes but i love it. seeing some serious change I think . check out my pics I would love your comments . how am I doing? lifting is helping me heal in many different ways and do something constructive with recovery. how are things with you , your looking more swole all around
I am good ... sorry i fell off the map there . I am doing ok some health issues too (undiagnosed nuasea thing. and some old demons have resurfaced so I have slowed life down to finally deal with them and find freedom in Christ ..... spiritual life is ok but definitely intense ...long term hurts take time to heal
You've got to cut out the other stuff. I'm pretty much only eating protein and fat for one meal of the day, and that's in the evening. The other day I crushed 24 kiwis in one sitting. Yesterday I did 6-7 apples.
