Goal (Long):
I have always been in pretty good shape but never satisfied...I want to strike a balance between bodily perfection and a positive emotional state (this is very difficult for me)...it has become even harder as I have started to have breathing/energy/mood troubles since March of 2006...but my goal is to end up at somewhere around 175 and 6 percent bf with a smile on my face
AT THIS POINT, I TRULY NEED TO WORK ON ADDRESSING MY BREATHING PROBLEMS BEFORE HEADING BACK TO THE GYM...PRIORITIES ARE PRIORITIES. TO BE CONTINUED...
On the go is no problem. First, I only eat 2x daily, sometimes 3, so I don't actually eat on the go. Second, if I need something, it's just a grocery store away-no need to prepare, so that's even better! I understand the social life thing, but if it's a girlfriend we're talking about, then this is a person that's going to have to let you be you if the whole relationship is going to work, no?
Do you have a diagnosis? That's rough man; I'd really love to see you go 100% raw, I think you'd have a whole lot easier time with life. Keep me updated.
I'm doin pretty good man. Not doin zero carb, but pretty low. I'm really feeling like the sugars kill ya. I'm trying to do a piece of fruit a day, max and very little if any honey. How raw are you these days?
Nice solid built so far just keep on trainning hard man and eat more meats so you can gains somev muscles and maybe you can push your self to get ripped and good luck bro peace
I do lots of short term fasts; I think it's the way to go. Eating all day long just doesn't work every single day. Some days yes, some days no. How's everything else?
nice man. Aajonus Vonderplanitz is good but go easy on the honey. i do aajonus diet somewhat, but i cook my flesh and eat some sweet potatoes, grains once in a great while. overall im 98% paleo.
