How I Started:
i play alot of football (soccer) and also represent my country (wales) in under 18s level and county. i want to gain lean muscle, just to have a better self esteem, and a better looking body.
Why I Love It:
you get a great feeling after you have trained, and a great feeling inside. You can see all the changes yourself, and other people also can.
How I Stay Motivated:
by looking at other people on bodybuilding.com and wanting to look as good as them.

Hey what up? everythings good i guess i havent been feeling well the past week so my workouts havent been the best and i cut out cardio for a couple days cuz i have no evergy but yesterday and today ive been feeling much better!!! i hate little set backs like that but ...thats life whatya going to do? hows everything going for you ??? working hard??

decided to focus entirely on cutting fat to get super ripped and tight with low bf% and maintain my current mass. hardcore cardio running swimming etc 6 days a week with bodyweight routines to maintain mass 3 days a week. do you think with a clean diet this schedule will get me from 14% bf to 6-8% over time ? After I get bf down I will look at bulking
