When I Started:
Mar, 2009
How I Started:
My Parents were both competing body builders in Northern Michigan during the mid eighties to early nineties. I was raised with it around me, and I have always been interested in it, and on and off really into fitness. I was a chubby kid through middle school, and by my freshman year of high school was tired of it, so i worked my ass off in my house gym, and went on a strict diet, and in 2 months lost all my extra weight. I was happy with my body until recently, now that I'm nineteen, I want to look more muscular. So here I am.
Why I Love It:
It makes you feel great, inside and out. It Is your own thing, you aren't a part of a team, so Its all on yourself. You excel in the rate of your effort.
How I Stay Motivated:
look in the mirror.
BB Accomplishments:
gained my 20 pounds, and in 2 months gained 20 pounds on my bench. pretty happy with that so far, but looking forward for more improvements.
This is me, after about a month or two of lifting after a long long break. During the break I had lost 20 pounds, i went down to 143 pounds, and now in this picture im back up to 164. short term goal is to get to 14 percent body fat again, staying above 160 lbs.
a few months later, increasing strength, and losing fat. getting ready for summer! wanna get down to 12% woop woop
****. two months dropped from 18% to 10.5%. keep it going, get down to 6%!!!! get cut, get strong...
Goal (Long):
I'm tired of thinking about working out and being consistent, i've seen small improvements after a few months, but than always stop. I'm not stopping this time. I'm gonna keep goin, and want 10 more pounds by the summer, while keeping 13-15% body fat, and by this time next year, i wanna be 200 lbs. I wanna do it, just to show myself that i can do it.
