How I Started:
Started going to the gym in high school, then had my oldest brother train me throughout college.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of the work out is worth all the effort that it takes to pump out. The transformation that is possible with lifing the weights in indescribable.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watch Pumping Iron, get pysched up before/during lifts just thinking about lifting weights.
I will gain 1 pound a month by watching my intake and make sure the gains are mostly muscle. I will do this following a 40/40/20 diet and cycling intake on a weekly basis, with 6 normal days and 1 heavy day where consumption is 10% heavier than the normal days. I will do this until I cannot put any more size on. Then I will find a way to grow more.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Arnold Schwarzenegger circa 1971-1982. He had my ideal of a bodytype.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I dislocated my shoulder and as a result inflammed a tendon. I took an extended break from using my shoulder (4 weeks), but I warm up thoroughly and stretch after I use my shoulder.
