i have 2 very diffrent workout programs ones to get bigger and one is to get stronger with each program u do cardio everyday u lift
i will do the stronger one first
this is week one-5 days a week go monday,tuesday,thursday,friday,saturday
bench presss-3 sets of 10 reps move weight up...
