My "batbulk" is going well but i'm not quite as big as batman just yet, i'm catching up with robin though! I've been sticking to a good meal plan which sees me eating every 2-3 hours, which is perfect because i've managed to fit it in with college so i'm eating during each break....

Reason: I used to take this when I first started lifting and I made good gains. Plus its the best...
Review: This stuff realy does work! I've been taking it 3 times per day and I've been gaining 1-2lbs...

Yep more free weights as well as machines at TR. Yes it's pay weekly in cash. If you don't go one week you don't pay. :)

Ive been doing abs since i was younger, but honestly all i do is...
30 sits up then 50 crunches. After the last crunch hold it for 30 seconds. i do that 3 times 7 days a week. I also do cardio when i play soccer or "football" for you guys haha. But yea That pretty much the workout. Add more reps if you want and see how you like it.
