My "batbulk" is going well but i'm not quite as big as batman just yet, i'm catching up with robin though! I've been sticking to a good meal plan which sees me eating every 2-3 hours, which is perfect because i've managed to fit it in with college so i'm eating during each break....

Yep more free weights as well as machines at TR. Yes it's pay weekly in cash. If you don't go one week you don't pay. :)

Ive been doing abs since i was younger, but honestly all i do is... 30 sits up then 50 crunches. After the last crunch hold it for 30 seconds. i do that 3 times 7 days a week. I also do cardio when i play soccer or "football" for you guys haha. But yea That pretty much the workout. Add more reps if you want and see how you like it.
