Well, I have a decent amount of lean mass, but it actually surprised me that I'm that low, I guess I just carry my fat poorly and it looks worse than it is as most of it is in my chest, stomach, and thighs. I would definitely agree with you though, I've changed the views of my family on weight loss 180 degrees.

Thanks man, I actually just got my body fat % done when I had a physical done for my new job, he seemed to know what he was doing but gave me a body fat % of 26 which doesn't seem right.

For diet I'm doing a 40/35/25, I do a split of day 1: Chest and shoulders. Day 2: Legs and Back. Day 3: Arms and Abs. for my cardio I do it 6 days a week 20 minute session after my workout. I really like the way things are going now, losing about 12 pounds a month and my strength is going up.

Thanks man, your page is one of those that gives great motivation. I'm trying to keep it at a fairly steady pace not drop too fast and keep my lean mass up. If all goes well hopefully I won't have too much of a skin problem.
