When I Started:
How I Started:
I have pretty much always been chubby, as I grew older it became more of a problem until I became obese, I tried to fight it with alot of exercise and weight training, but that simply was not enough, diet is a very key part of it and I never got that in check until now.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me energized, I need to get in shape, and it really boosts my self confidence, it's addicting!
How I Stay Motivated:
Lifts/endurance going up
bf% going down
BB Accomplishments:
I'd have to say the biggest accomplishment is passing the -100 lbs. mark.

I've yo-yo'd a lot in the past, previously due to lack of motivation, recently due to injury. I'm back after 2 injuries one after the other, adding up to about 8 months total without more than a week in the gym at one time.
My goal ultimately is to get to around 8-12% body fat and continue to increase my strength, speed, and agility.
Well, it's been a while since I was active on the boards, had a computer problem still have it but have the use of a computer part time now. I've been really busy with my new job working at minimum 60 hours a week and been taking a few courses so I've been slacking admittedly. The odd thing...
Hm, do you think 26% is too high or too low? Either way I guess, a 2 pound loss per week, providing it is fat, could be around a % per week. 9% isn't too far away if you keep up that rate. Its a long road, I know, and I hate that I ever let myself get to almost 30% in the first place. Oh well, I guess this makes us pretty knowledgeable about fat loss, so we can help family, friends, etc if they want it.
How many calories a day are you consuming? I'm taking in about 2300 calories a day with 6 days lifting and doing about 10 cardio sessions a week. My results seem to be a lot slower.
