Manage my life after the major changes in my life. Being a single dad now I need to be more of a role model to them. I refuse to fail
Goal (Long):
Get down to 7% body fat max. Weight should be 170lbs. Although not as important as my over all BF. Regain my strenght. Personally I do not care about size. I just want to look and feel good. Basically I want to get back to my old self with more confidence in both my appearence and mental attitude.

Thanks for stopping by my page. To answer your question, my reccomendation is to read up on the Paleo diet. Poultry, fish, eggs, plenty of fresh veggies, and some fruit is the way to go!
