I would like to lose the beer belly I worked so hard to get.
Goal (Long):
I am currently deployed to Iraq and I would like to lose my beer belly before I go home On R&R leave in May. I was 228 when I left kuwait in November. I am currently 204 and would like to get down to 185-190 by May 10th. I have lost a lot of weight so far by just dieting and running. Last week I started Lifting. I go in the morning and run for about 30 mins. I go back to the gym at night and lift. I just want to get back in the shape I was a couple years ago.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 20 lb

8%

Hey everyone...I currently have lost about 25 lbs and need to lose about 15-20 more in the next few months. I have been running almost everyday along with a balanced diet and some weight training. Any suggestions would be awesome
