Wednesday- Bodyweight Bootcamp

Thursday - Ballet Barre

Friday- Bodyweight Bootcamp

Saturday- Camp Rhino- obstacle course training

Cardio program

5 days a week (Off Wednesday & Sunday)

AM Cardio 30 minutes w/ 2 minute intervals of levels 4 & 10

Perform resistence training

Return in evening for either a 20 minute jog or 1 hour of moderate intensity stairmill, recumbent bike or elliptical
