I did an hour and 15 min cardio today.  It sucked ass and it suck evertime i do cardio.

You are so right!! I have my own goal, that is to get my bf down to 19% and thinner thighs before my wedding in september, I beleive that is a reachable goal for me! What are your goals for 2009?

Thanks for the quick motivation. I just know that I am not going to do the comp. I really just cant see myself getting down there, and I really just dont want to do it! How lame am I!! I love the way I am now and if I loose 25lbs and go down to 12% bodyfat... I am going to loose some of my best assets ;)
