What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
I HAVE HAD MINOR THINGS HERE AND THERE. NEVER TORE ANYTHING COMPLETELY. PEOPLE USUALLY GET INJURED WHEN THEY AREN'T PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY ARE DOING. BAD FORM , LIFTING A HOUSE , SAME STUFF DIF...more
