How I Started:
Have been active for the most part of my life. Since I had twins I just haven't been feeling like my pre-pregnancy self. Just trying to manage my time to fit it all in with family, work, and school.
Why I Love It:
I immediately feel better afterwards and for the rest of the day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Visiting websites and reading health magazines; talking to friends.

Avoiding fast food and buying lunch at work. I have been better about bringing a lunch.

Goal (Long):
I really want to feel sexy and confident in a bikini. Much like I did when I was younger. I have been eating better and when I veer away from healthy eating I feel like I have been run over by a train. So, my overall goal would be to sustain a healthy lifestyle that sets a good example for my children. When I look better I feel better. When I feel better I look better.

hey girl! Sorry about that I didn't know you'd asked me anything! LOL! I'm not just eating chicken and tuna I assure you:) I eat alot of different things actually. I do eat chicken and tuna but also lean ground beef and ground turkey... egg whites of course. Still have carbs, oatmeal and fruit, rice cakes... things like that. Peanut butter.. 5-6 meals a day... lots of veggies, green ones mostly. Keep most carbs in the am and pre/post workout... protein shakes! I loooove protein shakes! LOL
