Background

When I Started: Aug 2010
HOW I STARTED:

After 3 years of doing athletics[started in 2007], I decided to get a personal Trainer, after several months of sports training we decided to start hitting the gym, from then on I have pumped weights ever since.

WHY I LOVE IT:

it is fun and i enjoy a challenge, it also gives me the oppurtunity to take my top off with confidence and leaves me feeling good about my self.
