What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
The most dangerous would have to be cleans. Ur throwing weight in the air and then having to control it when it comes down. Thsi is because ur changing your body from going up and then to down.
What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
I would tell them to dream about being an icon and how huge they can be and make body building a better sport
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
