How I Started:
Out of necessity. All my blood test were ok, but were a couple of points off from being over the top. So I took my self to the gym (wich I had been a member since 1998) and got my body fat %, it was 49.8, and that was it.
Why I Love It:
Energy mostly, that, and setting up goals and getting them done.
How I Stay Motivated:
Results, thats my motivation right now, since I have been lifting for almost 2 years everything is new to me, and fun.
BB Accomplishments:
seeing what muscles really look like on me, I used to flex my arms and stuff, and I thought I saw muscles, but that was just fat.

Tomorow I'm taking my body fat messured, then I'll be able to talk about this and every pose.
Ran a personal record for the 10k this past Saturday (0:53:35). Gearing up to a 14k in about 1 1/2 months.
Get a more rounded look for my upper body. And also try to get my fat around my mid section to shrink.
Goal (Long):
I'm thru with getting rid of fat, I need muscle for my upper body, and the places that I feel I'm lacking is my chest and biceps. I've already started and I'm seeing progress so all is not lost.
I had a bad run on Saturday, after drinking until 2am on Friday and waking up at 5:45am to go to work on saturday I had a long run on the afternoon of 17km and I had to cut it short at 12 because I was exhausted, I had no desire whatsoever to keep running and I felt sleepy. That fealing is...

We've got a whole bunch of stuff here, it varies from camp to camp man. The larger camps are going to have more equipment and it's the opposite for smaller camps...
it has been a while.
im not happy with my results lately as i went on a cruise and put on a few kilos and finding it hard to frop them
i have weigh in friday night so hopefull will report then.

Hey Jorge, how’s it going man? Nice progress so far. I just joined a gym so now I can get the cardio I need and get a better workout with all the different equipment. I just need to start getting up at 4:30 a.m. now. Keep pushing those weights.
For Cardio I play indoor soccer once a week, but now the missus is making me take some classes with her too.
I'm doing a 'cycle' class after I do legs at the gym tonight, so she'll have to carry me home.
I take Whey protein after a workout and in the morning, or evening, depending on when I'm going to the gym.

that means soooo much to me. You're looking really awesome, keep up the amazing work. The thing I can say about running, is if you're going to do it, try to run intervals(high-low) and hills. Once you stay at a steady pace(like marathoning), your body goes anaerobic, and tends to hold on to fat as a defense mechanism, which is why I looked so puffy for all these years!!!

I don't really have a set time frame. I am just going to keep eating right and exercising. I just want to lose the fat and keep it off. I am never going back to the way I was. Even if I only get in a 15 min. workout I do it as hard as I can.
