How I Started:
When i first started high school i weighed in at 103 pounds and i was the smallest kid in my gym class. By grade 12 i weighed in at 140 pounds and i was still small. When i was done school i wanted to join a gym because i wasnt in any sports and i wanted to get in good shape. After a couple months of working out i seen a huge diffrence and i started to get modovated to workout more. I'm now 163 pounds and i feel good about my self.
Why I Love It:
One thing i love about working out is getting a huge pump when doing bicep curls and when your skin get tight and you feel huge.
How I Stay Motivated:
I always workout with a friend and that usally get me pumped beacuse its like a competiition between each other. I'm always motivated for working out and after a workout im already planing what im gonna do the next day for a workout.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm still very new to the sport and to working out but a big accomplishment to me is my strength. When i first started working out i was curling 25's and now im curling 55's

All my life i've been a small guy and i want to be bigger. I'm now 162 pounds and a long term goal for me is to weigh in at 180-190. A way that im going to achive this goal is to start eatting better and eatting 5 or 6 small meals a day.
