How I Started:
Always been into fitness since i was young, running weight lifting but never had enough knowledge to really get stuck into it all. As i got older and now im at college doing a sport course, i am taking a big liking into bodybuilding and hoping to join the marines after college. Fitness training has now become apart of me and takes up most of my time.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good and helps me keep healthy, i need to be as healthy as possible and exercise also helps me clear my head and keep me stress free. I have an illness called 'Tietze syndrome' which replicas a heart attack. I have recently had my apendics out about 8weeks ago, something that runs in the family. Now i am healthy and back to normall (put on quite abit of weight), cant wait to get back to my normall fitness and turn this extra weight from not being able to exercise into muscle!
How I Stay Motivated:
It doesn't take much motivation as i'm pretty determined and focussed on my fitness abilities and the state of my health.
BB Accomplishments:
I have no major bodybuilding acheivments etc, would like to but im a long way off from it. The only other acheivments i have is that i compete in jujitsu and judo competitions and train reguallary at my local mma gym.
I dont mind about how much muscle i gain aslong as i do gain and i feel good. I am hoping to havemy first ufc fight sometime next year although i do not want to focusmy training directly to that, as im also hoping to join the marines
