Started working out with a buddy in Cali. I was single and had nothing else to do.
Why I Love It:
I love to see progress. I get a thrill when I hit a new "record" for myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Sometimes I am not...but, I make myself go on those days, too. Giving someone some eye candy. I know it is kind of full of myself, but no one works out and doesn't want someone to see it.
BB Accomplishments:
going from a 5'5 110lb weakling to the 5'8 180lbs with muscles more than fat. Looking into a bodybuilding competition in the spring of '08.

Okay, so I have returned to the pen (Korean peninsula) and trying to get back into the rhythm of working out. It is so hard after a month off. I am making myself go and I feel good after, but at the start, I'm "blah". The good news is, after a month layoff, I lost about 5 pounds...
ha...that reminded me of this chemistry teacher I had that used to always say, "Today we will be working in pairs." Except his "pairs" sounded like "puuuhz" And we worked in puuhz every stinking day!!! And, yes, I cheated my butt off! And I broke a lot of test tubes, too...on purpose.

Ya we can't have them doing that..!! Wow that sucks bought the gym, I hate when they close up shop..because i mean hello there are some dedicated people out there like us, that want to workout:)
Woah free month of gym time.. ya use that baby up! Anything FREE is worth taking advantage of :O)

Yesterdays workout 1hr 50 mins of weigths for upper body and then 30mins of cardio totalled out to be 1300 cals burned..lol I was shocked. Take that body fat! :)

Obviously things are going well for you;)Yay i'm down 7lbs..lol woohoo finally this new program i'm on that Jphillips17 gave me is amazing, the workouts are intense(i had my first one yesterday) and I like the food i'm not hungry, things are just going really well:) Today is another gym session for lower body and i'm stoked for it.
thanks for the comment...though a "gun" show is not what I was going for...it seems that that is what the old bod wants to do...I build muscle pretty fast...working on cutting the fat off and then I will be happy!!!

My back,abs are soo sore today but surprisingly my calves aren't.. weird. ha:)
Im a controversial chick, what can I say? I don't make the rules, just follow them. I was told some people come here (men) because they can see some soft porn pics. It was embarrassing to me actually to be here and I don't want that. There are 3 million porn sites available on the internet. I will have to leave if it goes that route.
