Heavy lifts and constant motivation is the most important reasons to me.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Old crappy loose clothing with lots of room to move in.

Hoodie and 2+ shirts with long pants and sometimes long underwear when trying to loose weight. Don't know if it works but I think it does. Co...more

How's everything going? man, oh man...preety pathetic so far...haven't been lifting, but trying at least some treadmill...sickness brought me from 265 to 245...but i'm starting tomorrow again...that's the whole point, no? We Fall to learn how to pick ourselves up again...im starting a 40/40/20 macronutrient divide, am going to lift three times a week, run six and HITT three.....hopefully all that will pick things up again, hopefully you will hit that 215 by Oct 15.....

Thanks for the encourgement...I could use every bit of it; and besides, if I don't use support from a site like this, where would I be? ...thnaks for the suggestion, I'll definitely be updating everything, perhaps every three weeks….my goals will be in twelve week increments, without “special rewards,” such as a nice pair of sunglasses or a computer, at every goals reached….hopefully this will keep me motivated!!
