I was always the small, thin guy and when I graduated school I set a goal to not prove everyone else wrong but myself mostly.
Why I Love It:
Working out is an escape for me. No stress, no problems; just me and the weights.

I’m currently trying to gain weight, however, I find it impossible to keep eating the same meals week in and week out. While trying to gain weight I want to keep it as healthy as possible. Can anybody help me out with some good recipes, please?

How are ya man? I am good! I had to stop training for health reasons but I am getting back into it hardcore next week ,, lifting, swimming and running! still gunning for 8-10bf% and ripped-ness. thanks for the tips
