Started at the local community college, but wanted to be a bodybuilder since I was 4.
Why I Love It:
In the past I was identified as the 'tall and thin' kid. My self confidence exists because I now see my life as accomplishing a goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
Friends are the best motivators, them and the mirror.
BB Accomplishments:
In preparation for a local competition, I lost 20 lbs in 10 weeks from dieting (went from 221 to 198), I looked like an in-shape model but then decided not to compete.
On a side note, I also lost 20 lbs in 4 days back in November when I got sick and couldn't keep anything in me. It was horrible.

Well I've gained some and I've lost some and I've gained some. Right now I'm trying to gain muscle and cut the fat. Its tricky and the diet is just as tricky.
Alright, so this week I interviewed an all natural pro bodybuilder for an extension agent class assignment. We also talked about bodybuilding show dieting and the like. I emailed him my daily diet on excel and he concluded that I needed to eat less and introduce cardio to my life. ...
My workout program variates little in body parts but will vary a lot in exercises. I will randomly take an 'off day' due to my busy schedule. The program I'm doing right now involves one muscle group a day with the exception of arms. I will keep the same weight throughout the exercise. ...
Wanted to say that your still keeping in good shape matey, the pictures tell it all, also wishing you a good weekend ahead, continue to stay fit. I know im slowly making progess too.
Cheers for the moment
Yah, no probelm--you got have look of strenght has helps a neighbour bail hay, toss his girlfriend laughing into a pond, or step up along side a buddy when the fists starting flying--not the "I'm only strong in the gym" look. Have a great day.
Hey man, thanks for the words of motivation. I'm actually getting ready to join the gym that the hospital owns and hopefully being around others in a real gym will help with the motivation. I hate to say but lately I've been doing nothing but eating, LOL. How about you? I've been meaning to email you to see how things are with you.
