Started at the local community college, but wanted to be a bodybuilder since I was 4.
Why I Love It:
In the past I was identified as the 'tall and thin' kid. My self confidence exists because I now see my life as accomplishing a goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
Friends are the best motivators, them and the mirror.
BB Accomplishments:
In preparation for a local competition, I lost 20 lbs in 10 weeks from dieting (went from 221 to 198), I looked like an in-shape model but then decided not to compete.
On a side note, I also lost 20 lbs in 4 days back in November when I got sick and couldn't keep anything in me. It was horrible.

Well I've gained some and I've lost some and I've gained some. Right now I'm trying to gain muscle and cut the fat. Its tricky and the diet is just as tricky.
Sam is very inspirational. When I first met him he was heavier but not well defined. Now he is very well defined and looks way better than he has ever did. He should definitely be a model.
Alright, so this week I interviewed an all natural pro bodybuilder for an extension agent class assignment. We also talked about bodybuilding show dieting and the like. I emailed him my daily diet on excel and he concluded that I needed to eat less and introduce cardio to my life. ...
My workout program variates little in body parts but will vary a lot in exercises. I will randomly take an 'off day' due to my busy schedule. The program I'm doing right now involves one muscle group a day with the exception of arms. I will keep the same weight throughout the exercise. ...
i kinda miss school, the environment and freedom (not the studying;). the real is treating me better than before i finally have a car and my own place, its awesome.
Hey bud,
