Started at the local community college, but wanted to be a bodybuilder since I was 4.
Why I Love It:
In the past I was identified as the 'tall and thin' kid. My self confidence exists because I now see my life as accomplishing a goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
Friends are the best motivators, them and the mirror.
BB Accomplishments:
In preparation for a local competition, I lost 20 lbs in 10 weeks from dieting (went from 221 to 198), I looked like an in-shape model but then decided not to compete.
On a side note, I also lost 20 lbs in 4 days back in November when I got sick and couldn't keep anything in me. It was horrible.

i was cut up back then and had some traps  Well I've gained some and I've lost some and I've gained some. Right now I'm trying to gain muscle and cut the fat. Its tricky and the diet is just as tricky.
