  • I wasn't able to get much done because I was still in school; final exams were keeping me out of the gym. I'm off school now, and now I have much more time for the gym!

joolyah JJ challenge! 2 jumping jacks = 1 calorie burnt. 3500 calories to burn a pound of fat. 1000 JJ a day = pound of fat gone in a week! :)

gullyjumper Nutrition is even more important when you can't get to the gym as much as you would like. Also make a plan to work activity connected muscle groups. Back, rear delts, and biceps. Chest, front and side delts, and triceps. Legs their own day. Of course abs, calves, and cardio mixed in there to. A systematic plan will help you get the most of limited gym time. Best of luck.
