It looks better than last month. I have to up my abs workout and really make an effort to develop a better eating plan. I am eating right but I dont know if I am eating right to gain muscle

I finally post a pic of my fat ass legs because I was too ashamed to post it when I started. My legs are nasty. But they do look better from when I first started, this is where most of my fat is stored.I am expermenting with all kinds of workouts to see how I can change my legs and fat butt

Over all I am pleased with the past 30 days lost about 3 lbs and I am not flapping and jiggly like I was. I have a long way to go. I am thinking about a personal trainer for 2 months I hope he will help my legs to transform and my abs I have so much fat I can do better

Thinning out my clothes are fitting looser my legs are tighter but I can not see the muscles that I want to see I just have to keep working

Ok so this is me my body fat is down 33% to 22%. I didnt realize how much of mess my lower body was until I started working out. Where did all this fat come from. I got strechmarks from being fat. I hope as I continue to tone they will be less noticiable .

This is my leg finally starting to show some definition Its been 5 months and the old me would have given up on exercising but I havent yet I think about the the next 5 months and what will I see, that keeps me going. These strech marks are embarrasing but if i see them when I come on here it makes me want to do what i can to minimize their appearance

THis is my calf muscle I took most of these pics myself. This is why I only got one leg. I keep saying I am embarrased by strech marks because I got them because I didnt care about my body I was 215 lbs at my largest. I have to find a way to accept them and still hold my head up high when i wear shorts

This is my body today. My goal is to look fabulous in this suit. Once again I have these strech marks but I figure if I tone up and tighten up it will not be that painful to step outside with this on. I can alway wear a wrap

Side view This is really hard for me to post. I was once 205 pounds and when I lost the weight I got strech marks! I didnt realize how fat I was until I started working out and realized loosing fat is not an easy task but I have to stay strong and learn to accept my body with these strech marks

Its been a year since Ive started I was 167 at 33%bodyfat I am down 150 and my bodyfat is 24% right now. When I started I didnt have clue where to begin. It took year to find my flow but now that I have found it I Know I will see better results!

im about 144 lbs here. I wanted to get down to 145 i am very pleased so far. I have to keep working on toning up my lower body tons of squats and leg work. i think i could actually compete if i keep this up!

tummy shot! stretch marks are not bothering me as much as they did before they are there not going anywhere I see my body getting leaner and that is what counts. I still hope they will not stop me from being able to compete or even model

Here we again I know I am making progess but the progress in the booty is very much slow I guess alot of this stems from when I was my heaviest 215 I refuse to do lipo I guess I have to work harder to shape it up I hope by next summer Im not looking like this!
