I had always been active in sports like soccer, baseball, basketball and lacrosse but didn't really start training until i entered the military. I was preparing to enter the navy's EOD program with two of my best friends so we proceeded to train with a passion.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a sense of pride and accomplishment to see results and as a command fitness leader its my job to maintain and assist everyone in the command with their fitness goals so its almost like being a personal trainer for 165 other guys. I love knowing that I am helping others with their fitness goals while enhancing mine.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading MuscleMag, Muscle and Fitness, FLEX, Mens Health, and focusing on my goal to become a SWAT officer in the near future.
BB Accomplishments:
None as of yet. I am tossing the idea of competing around a bit so we will see if i can get up to contest shape.
