Its nice and quite where I am now, well Im a bit of a home body besides going to the gym. Im in the mountains, so it will be snowing soon. you have a nice body. Most men neglect there legs, but I see you dont. I finally got my to lean out a bit, but since I am not on my cycle, Im not as defined. TRAIN HARD OR GO HOME!!! :O)

thanks, Im off my cut cycle, so they are not as defined, but I lost a whole inch!!!! Your arms size is looking good and defined!!! rember to TRAIN HARD OR GO HOME!!! ;o)

Thats cool, as long as you are training. I train before PT; I've been doing it long enough to be used to it now..lol..Your shoulder line is nice. Do you do shoulder shrugs? I only use 20 pds; i dont need much.:o)..remember to TRAIN HARD OR GO HOME..

well keep at it. I just changed up my training program agian; have to keep things fresh. I leaned out my legs and gained a bit on my tiny arms, but I doing ok. I hope to be able to squat like 300 pds one day. If a 50 year old woman can, so can I!! Train HARD OR GO HOME...

Hey there! How has your training been coming along? Hope you are still hitting the weight hard and staying motivated; I am doing what I can to reach my goal. I gained 8 pds of muscle, so now I am working to get rid of the excess fat that I dont need. Well, just seeing how your training was coming alone. Keep Training Hard!!!! ;o)

Hey thanks for the add. What is your lifting schedule like now? How much muscle are you trying to gain? I gained about 8 pds. now im looking to take some fat off the surrounding areas. Keep training!!

WOW, 10 week cutdown!! Good luck, although it doesnt sound like you need it; I sure you will hit your goal in less time; that sound pretty hardcore. Keep Training Hard!!! and thanks for the motiviation; i dont like running, and many forms of cardio, but if you can do it, I know I can stay focused. ;O)

Hey Travis, thanks for the add. What is your schedule like training wise? I know what you mean about being off and on though, so I am keeping myself motivated to stay in shape, but your reasons are much better than mine.:o) Keep training!!

Love the motivational line you have. "No excuses.." I will remeber it and use it everytime I go running. I love weightlifting, and kickboxing cardio, but running, not so much.. thanks for the motivator.:o)

Hey there. I think your intensity is awesome. I love ronnie coleman and jay cutler. they, along with the ladies of Hers fitness are who i use to stay motivated. I am not quite on your level yet, but i am working hard to my goal. Keep up the intensity and good luck on your goal!

the back is defining very nice Tavares. What kind of cardio are you doing now? Have you increased intensity or just how long you do it? I am trying to find new ways to do cardio because it gets a bit dull. I have tried doing more than one machine for 10 to 15 mins. Keep training hard and keep your head low over there.

Your bench stats are impressive. I am improving a little at a time. I will update my pics so i can so more progress. good luck in the ironman contest.
