How I Started:
I needed to lose weight, so I started working out more. I instantly became addicted to weight lifting. I also love kick boxing and I am learning yoga.
Why I Love It:
Lifting is a great stress reliever, and it is helping me become or confident. I think that it also is helping me to become a happier person, which is always a good thing.
How I Stay Motivated:
The models on/in Muscle and Fitness Hers magazines are in inspiration! I also lost alot of weight and hearing others get inspired by my transformation helps me want to improve more and stay active.
BB Accomplishments:
Just getting the extra weight off was the main accomplishment so far; I have lost several pants sizes. Now, I am hoping to get muscle definition and gain strengh.
This is an updated Pics; Need to work on my toning, but i am getting stronger. The hers fitness glutes workout has been a miracle worker for me; I am also improving the shape of my thighs,my biggest trouble area, one day at a time.
I havent been on here for a while, but I have been getting stronger. My legs are a bit leaner and my arms have more size. I still go up or down 2 to 4 pounds each week, but still pretty much the same weight range.
I want to gain more muscle, lost about 10 pds of fat, and at inches of my thighs to be a size 6. I also want to be able to squat 140 pds at least 4 times, do 10 hanging leg raises and become a better runner.

Starting 2nd week in March , I started a five day split for the morning. I am back on
Mon-chest/back;abs
Tues-Quad/calves;abs;
Wend-Bi/Tri;abs
Thurs-Glutes/Hams;abs
Fri-Shoulders and Full Abs day
yeah I started doing barbell shrugs, and BAMB they started to explode! wide grip pull ups, close grip pull ups. tbar rows (heavy) then barbell shrugs. All I am doing for back now. I was doing too much before and just killing myself. work hard!
Lol I was one of thos guys myslef because of bad knees but I decided to change that so its been my goal out here in the box.. So what do you do for fun out there? have you done any sight seing around the area? I love to visit once..

well its a little weird, but its like this. Friday back, Sat. Chest/shoulders Tuesday Arms and what ever day I get the free time I do legs on lol. Because Monday Tuesday Thursday I have Squadron PT before work and that really screws everything up because I work nights, so I sleep get up eat and then head to pt before work those days. lift on the other ones.
your welcome shotrie well right now i working out 6 days a week with a day off on sunday im tryin get to 215 but b rock solid i mean my weight is at 205 but its not solid muscle but yeah i just want to gain sum wright and get shredded in the long run
