I played Football for 3 years in High School they had a great Weight lifting program and that's where the foundation was laid down and the(Desire Discipline and Dedication)was instilled. I joined the Army in may 05 then was deployed to Afghanistan in Feb 06-07 during that time, I only looked forward to working out and coming home. I had seen my body transform to the best it had ever been. then i came back in Feb 07 and got outta the Army in April of 08. I was working out off and on, but then in May of 09 I decided to join the GYM and get all Hardcore.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of accomplishment after the workout. It's a great feeling to beat yourself up knowing your bettering yourself for tomorrow.
How I Stay Motivated:
the desire within and hard work ethic plus the results that come. What fuels me is the music that is played while working out and also the negative energy, I take it and turn it into positive during my workouts. ((I get Inspiration from other BodySpace members trying to reach the goals they've set and the results that are shown in their Pictures.))
