my training program for 2010
in 2010 i am planing to do a 12 week program to transform my body, so my plan is doing 12 weeks of doing strength training with 6 to 8 reps with a some cardio in it, then when 12 weeks are up then doing another 12 weeks on 12 reps and more cardio then another...
