My Motivation Program

Well, looks like I failed to keep a workout regime in place again. Everyone fails, it's those who learn from their failures and will change their future habits that will become successful!

The biggest lesson that I learned, and a lesson in life that should be followed is there is no easy route. Just like there is no easy way to make a quick buck. It takes determination, a regimented schedule for meals and workouts, and make it personalized.

There are many people who will tell you to be realistic because it will keep you from failure. To be perfectly honest, I have set many unrealistic work out goals and I have failed miserably at all of them. But the great part is that I have learned so much from my failures and if you do not set unrealistic goals, you will never know what it is like to acheive some of the most unfathomable, fantasy dreams that a few set their minds to and make it happen.

To what the future will bring with my work out, career, relationship and family goals, I hope for them to be unrealistic and out of this world and I hope to acheive them. I hope for you to achieve them too!
