Quite new to getting serious about training, toned up alot since starting out but got that plateau stage and not getting any bigger. Is it hard getting the food side sorted? Do you do split training? Thanks for the reply bro!

Hey matt thanks for the info, much appriciated bro! Got some amino acid caps today so gonna get those down me and see if that helps with reaching the goals, need to sort the diet out and what to eat! What's your training and diet like? Thanks again and hope all is good!

Yeah just after a good diet plan, how much to eat and what to eat, taking creatine caps before the gym but cud do with a good food intake plan, find it difficult with working 9 to 5, any advice wud be great bro! Thanks for replying!

Hey mate, I'm good thanks...had a good sesh at the gym this evening, killer arms session, can only do upperbody at the min but it's good to get back into it and get rid of the stress! I'm hearing you on the work front, having the same probs at the min, but you've just got to keep cracking on I suppose unless I win the lottery lol. How's the training going? You reaching those goals? Just trying to get the food right at the min...the hardest part!

Hey bro, how's it going? Finally gonna be able to train from tomorrow, leg still isn't right but able to walk alot better which is good! Still gonna only be able to do upperbody but it's a start, it's done my head in not being able to train for the past few weeks! How's it going down under?

Thanks for your comment. Think I've got a high metabolism to be honest, haven't been able to train for the last 2weeks dues to a torn ligament in my knee, so just trying to eat the right stuff and plenty of it! How's the training going?

Hey bro, how you doing? Injury is getting there, walking now so gonna hit the gym next week, only upperbody but need to get back to it, it's done my head in not being able to train! Can't watch UFC at the parents and they don't have sky...what side is it on? Hope your good mate and training is going well!
