Goal (Long):
will go up to super heavy weight to compete from now on for a while. first up raw nationals then i will spend most of the fall trying to gain 15 pounds of muscle on my uper body while preping for the raw contest at the arnold classic. then shoot for a strongman pro card.
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
i have cracked vertebrea in my back by having to dump a squat bar over my head when i popped the muscle cover off my calf. i just had to take it slow and tough it out when i had to speed up.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
form and pride by going to heavy to fast.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
squat because to many people have bad form and try to go heavy
so i have been sick and not able to lift in a week. in total i have lost seven to ten pounds, very dissapoiting as i worked so hard to gain the weight before my last powerlifting competition. but before i got sick things were looking good. i hit a some banded deadlifts with good speed of 405...
Not yet, I need to get my online calculus done before I start doing anything else, I only have so much time during the day, working 12 hour nights and all.
