This guy's transformation was the first bodybuilding.com article I ever read. I was amazed at the diet he was eating and how he was lifting because I, like many others had always thought more was better until seeing the success he had with his routine. I fashioned my original workouts after what he did as well as my diet. All in all, this guy is the reason that I decided to start lifting seriously and the reason I got hooked. Thanks Alex

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
i think they have serious ego issues where they feel like they are inferior and so they have to make sure that every hears. no
