Put on at least 15 pounds of muscle for swimming next season.(matched this goal in 3 months! 3 more months to go!)
Goal (Long):
I've been doing a lot of swimming over the past year. After this season(end of February) I'm going to focus on getting more strength and putting on more muscle. I plan to spend less time on cardio workouts and more time with weights and strength training.

I want to GAIN 15 lb
