I havn't used bodyspace in months and stoped takin progress pics but since i stoped using it i went from 200lbs to a solid 220 benching somwhere around 340 for a max which was by far my all time high considering a year ago i was 170 lbs and benching 140 lol anyways two months a go i got sick...
