How I Started:
started lifting to improve in basketball. Now that I am out of college and playing less bball, I recently got back into lifting.
Why I Love It:
I Love seeing my body change and I love trying to stay as healthy as possible.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at pictures of myself and then at dudes who are seriously ripped...always wanting to improve
BB Accomplishments:
Going from 165lbs at 9% body fat to 185lbs while staying at 9% body fat in 13 months.

hitting them twice a week might be too much.. However, right now I'm able to hit them twice every 9 days, which is still very good and very productive.. It also keeps me lean and tight.
