Goal (Long):
I would like to be at least a size 10. I am currently in a 14. I would like to go to the beach with a bikini before the end of this summer! My goal is to lose 30 lbs of fat. After I had my two children, both by C-section, my fabulous flat tummy was no more. It actually is still sore in some areas from the incision, and my youngest is 7 years old!

Ok, this is the end of my first week of Cardio. I am doing the Slim in 6 work out right now to get into the groove of working out. I have to say, it was the right choice for me! I was totally wiped out and could barely walk the next day, however I have kept up with the daily workouts. I have...
Yeah, it can be. Until you get the hang of it. I spend about 200 month on food and that's not including supplement. But I don't eat out. I prepare my breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. So, that balance out the cost of food.
get a measuring tape... for sewing so you can take your measurements so you can see results don't go off of the scale you can lose fat and gain muscle with out losing weight.
do you have a membership to a gym? to tone down your legs... i would hit up some squats. light weight. high high high reps. i heard about this guy he would do reps up to 100. with that many reps it's like a head start on cardio. on the upper body i would focus on higher weights and lower reps. we got to get that balance.
i wish i knew what your physique looked like. because the scale is unimportant to me. its about how you look and how you feel. to get the detail try doing manageable weights with high reps. focus on isolation exercises. yeah i googled all that stuff and it was all diet and fat burner. how much cardio do you do and what type?
WHAT ARE YOU DOING! all those fat burners??? why! your not over weight!? muscles can't grow with all that! you might not want big muscles but protein helps you gain LEAN muscle. you want to get the muscle on you with some fat and then you chizle it away with cardio and diets. you'll destroy the muscles your trying to build and risk hurting yoruself
i wouldn't worry too much about calories. focus on your protein. get what protein you need into your diet. don't deprive your muscles because you reached you limit on calories. you muscles will burn the calories (clean calories that is)
with me. i learned my lesson on sugar. my trainer told me time and time again sugar is bad bad bad for me. and i was didn't understand what he meant. but i started drinking soda again and i crashed out and burned up. i was blacking out and have heat flashes and cold sweats and night mares... yeah i don't like sugar.
have your sugar but don't over do it. try to find the natural sugar. the straight up sugar cane sugar that has no added ingredients. i say becoming healthy and living like this is a learning experience. you don't just jump into it. you have ease your way in so you don't get sick of it
