Eat, eat and eat some more. Doesn't matter how hard you train if you are a hard gainer you have got to overload on calories. Your body is different from your friends, do your homework. Start with a subscription to Mens Fitness or Muscle Fitness. Good luck, your pic is like looking in the mirror a couple of years ago.
If u want to blow up fast, try breaking ur meals up into 6 small portions a day, with different food groups, and five protein shakes with low fat or skim milk ( one between each meal, and one before bed) lift 6 days a week 3 sets 4 reps as heavy as u can, alternating upper and lower body. And get plenty of rest. Do that and I promise u gain ur 30 lbs in a cpl months. Ne more ?'s feel free to ask..... Peace
Hey bro, i feel ya on not being the skinny guy ne more. I came to Iraq weighing 160 Oct 07, by Apr 08 I was only 170. Then in seeral months of heavy lifting (best to have a spotter) and taking EAS 100% whey protein (2.0 grms per lb of body weight a day) I blew up to 198-200....
hey man, 9 months ago i was 130. I started working out and taking "Tech X Mass" by ******** from the Vitamin Shoppe. Its a relatively cheap weight gainer with a good amount of protein packed in. So far, im around 141-143 and im still going up. good luck!
Thanks for adding me as a friend. When trying to gain weight, I eat 6 meals a day: 3 main meals and 3 healthy snacks, like a protein bar or shake. I also make my lunch and dinners for the week ahead of time and store them in the fridge. It makes it easier to stay on track, since I get tired of cooking.
