I used to be have and eating disorder and I would workout to burn calories and therefore become skinnier.
Why I Love It:
I love pushing myself every day, seeing results, and getting stronger.(my profile picture and first two progress pics are of me at 14yrs old, the rest are fifteen)
How I Stay Motivated:
I read plenty of magazines, go to bodybuilding.com, and watch youtube videos

After going from store to store and gym to gym i have finally found some normal wrist straps. Its like there is a shortage of wrist straps in the world. I have been praticing using them all over the house (door handles, metal bars, milk jugs, tables with thin legs) and i think i have...
I work abs everyother day(usually around 150 reps total, in sets of thirty ex. 90 weighted crunches, 30 leg raises, 30 oblique crunches) and i aim for 8-12 reps but will go as high as 26 reps on my working sets. I preform cardio everyday for however long it takes to burn 325...
That's ok and thank you. I wish all my muscles were as good as my calves (Mine are really easy to bulk and define). I know what you mean about the Christian thing too eh. I've come across a few others too.

No problem! I totally know where you are coming from because I have been thru it all myself...Just think that when I went from 70 lbs to a healthy weight I had to deal with the pain of people asking me if I was pregnant! lol See if you can work with your current nutrionist on some ideas- a good one will work with you :-)
